@adrytzu1995 depends what your trying to do? thats a good sports diet, i.e. agility, numbleness and stamnia, for sports ect.
i do cardio..but also weight training….i burn about 300 calories a day with my cardio..and i do weight training with dumbells (7kg) i do 21′s,bicep curls,flies,triceps kickbacks..etc etc…. also i corrected my diet a little

heh thats good “loose belly fat while drinking beer” first of all i wouldnt want to live a life without beer and hanging out with friends while drinking, second of all I think that a REAL man shouldnt be consired about his stomach (unless its REALLY fat) I drink EVERY weekend and smoke… but every couple of days do a hundred or so curl ups the next day some sit ups some push ups and dont give a shit how my stomach looks cuz i’m not a panzy little BiAch

ha ha. used to have this on VHS. awesome routine. must do it daily, religously. and, as other posts say, couple with cardio if you have a bit of fat, because this alone will not get rid of fat. i live by the beach and run along it every day. soooooo many fat bodies. dont be one.
